The Keystone Advisory Council is Brandon Lampkin’s community-based nonprofit initiative dedicated to workforce development, education, and economic empowerment. Built on the principle of each one, teach one, the Council connects business leaders, educators, and community partners to create pathways for individuals to gain real-world skills, professional certifications, and sustainable careers. Through its training division, the Keystone Technical Institute (KTI), participants gain hands-on learning that leads to stability, growth, and long-term opportunity.
The Keystone Impact Foundation serves as Brandon’s faith-based nonprofit organization, guiding men to live with purpose, integrity, and strength through biblical principles. Through online gatherings, community meetups, and retreats, the Foundation cultivates brotherhood and spiritual growth—rooted in Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”
For Brandon, both initiatives are a calling to serve, to teach, and to lead with faith—empowering people to build stronger lives, families, and communities.

After building a career in IT support and administration, he transitioned his skills into real estate, mortgages, project management, web and graphic business solutions and construction, where he focuses on land development and the sale of attainable housing solutions.
Beyond business, Brandon is deeply committed to volunteerism and philanthropy, dedicating his time and energy to community-driven initiatives that expand workforce development and empower veterans, seniors, and first-time homebuyers through his nonprofit leadership. His journey reflects both a passion for building communities and a steadfast desire to use his expertise to create lasting impact.
